Shopify App

Accept SagaPay payments in your Shopify store with our official payment app.

Installation

1. Go to the Shopify App Store
2. Search for “SagaPay”
3. Click Add app
4. Review permissions and click Install app

Configuration

After installation:

1. Open the SagaPay app from your Shopify admin
2. Click Connect SagaPay Account
3. Enter your credentials:
   • API Key
   • API Secret
   • Merchant ID
   • Store ID
4. Click Verify & Connect

Configure which payment methods to offer:

Checkout Customization

The SagaPay checkout integrates seamlessly with Shopify’s checkout. Customize the experience:

• Payment method icons
• Payment method order
• Custom descriptions

Testing

Test Mode

1. Open the SagaPay app
2. Toggle Test Mode on
3. Use test credentials

Test Cards

Orders

Order Sync

Orders are automatically synced between Shopify and SagaPay:

• New orders appear in SagaPay dashboard
• Payment status updates in real-time
• Refunds sync both ways

Manual Capture

If using authorization-only:

1. Go to the order in Shopify
2. Click Capture payment

Or capture from SagaPay dashboard.

Refunds

Process refunds from Shopify:

1. Open the order
2. Click Refund
3. Enter amount or select items
4. Click Refund

The refund will be processed through SagaPay automatically.
